Eugene M. Chang, M.D.

A lifelong resident of Anchorage, Dr. Chang joined OPA in 2003.  He is the only Orthopedic Surgeon in Alaska fellowship trained in foot and ankle surgery.  His special interests include:  Foot, Ankle, and General Orthopedics. Dr. Chang is one of the few surgeons in the U.S. experienced in total ankle replacement surgery.  He performs complex foot reconstruction, ligament and bone reconstruction, and arthroscopic evaluation of the ankle.
