Experience:

Mr. Fulp’s medical career started in 1992 as a Hospital Corpsman providing care to Marines, sailors and their families in hospital, emergency room and field settings.  Starting in 2003, he worked as an orthopedic surgical technologist in Seattle and later as a certified physician assistant in Augusta, Maine and then Boston. He joined OPA in 2010.
