JOINT REPLACEMENT

One of the most common orthopedic conditions is the weakening of bone and the deterioration of cartilage tissue resulting from age (degenerative) and intense activity and injury.  Joints become painful, arthritic and worn.  The mobility that once served as the foundation of one’s health, pleasure, livelihood and personal fulfillment becomes limited and often debilitating.  This sometimes contributes to loss of hope, depression and even economic challenges from loss of ability to work.

Fortunately, some of the most successful and effective operations in orthopedic surgery can significantly help alleviate those conditions and restore mobility in surprisingly effective ways.  Partial and total joint replacement, especially in hips and knees have the potential to relieve pain and restore range of motion and thus restore one’s overall health and tranquility of life.
